  • I had oil and lube change. I have 115,000 miles on my 2004 Monte Carlo. I asked the service rep should I have the Fuel Injector maintenance and she recomennded it. Alo I asked for a fuel filter change. I was very satisfied with the service and the lady service rep who explained the fuel injector service was excellant. The Saturday servicing was great, everything was finsihed in 2 hrs. I know where I am going for all my service maintenance, Capital Chevrolet of Columbia. By the way I love Monte Carlos. I have the 2004. I traded in a 1984 with 240,000 miles for the 2004. My wife is driving a 1986 Monte Carlo with 240,000 miles. Read More >>

  • No. on 04/23/13 is when I first took my car in for a oil change. I was trying to tell the young man what was going on with my truck he acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I asked him why the car didn't let me the oil was low and he said it don't but it will make a ding sound. I told home its making a lot of noise and the dip stick showed no oil he said you don't go by the dip stick. When I returned to pick up my truck I asked the lady AJ for her card because the guy I was dealing with was awful and I was not happy at all. She proceed to ask me what I brought my truck in for and I told her I was having problems with the oil. She asked to see my paper work and she pull my truck up and told me it was a recall on the truck. I was shock that the young man never told me and to hear what could have happen I'd I didn't get it fix upset me cause I could have been driving around. My praises go out yo AJ for being there looking out for me. So it started out as a bad visit but ended up a great one. AJ made me appointment and my truck is running great. Read More >>
